Shipping policy

We offer FREE COURIERED DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over $80 (NZD) total. For orders under this amount, delivery is just $7.00.

International orders are welcome and in some regions, we are able to offer you a choice of Airmail or Express Courier delivery to best suit your needs.

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If any of your order is out of stock you will be notified and given an ETA on when stock will be available.

If you have any special delivery instructions please convey these via the Notes field provided on the Shopping Cart.

All our delivery methods use Track and Trace. Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email that will contain a link to the tracking number. If you selected Express Courier you will also be sent a tracking number by DHL Online Shipping. Please keep this email safe so you are able to track the progress of your order.

International Customs and Imports
Customs and import regulations vary widely between country to country. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the products that you have ordered are not prohibited/restricted in your country. Puraty Tea New Zealand accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any products or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's customs or any other regulatory body.

Likewise, any import duties or taxes on your orders are not our responsibility. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required.

Your order hasn’t arrived

In the first instance you should track the progress of your order using the tracking number included in your Order Dispatch email.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected time frame (3 days for NZ orders and 14 days for international orders), contact us at info@puraty.com and we will perform a check with the postal authorities.
