Pricing

All Puraty Limited online prices are represented in New Zealand dollars (NZD). On the Home page at the top right corner, there is a currency converter for the world's top 14 traded currencies. If you chose another currency other than the NZD, then your credit card will be charged in that currency. New Zealand goods and service tax (GST) is included in the total price for orders sent locally in New Zealand however no goods & services tax (GST), US taxes or VAT will be charged on sale of goods sent outside of New Zealand. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

At Puraty Limited we aim to process all orders within 48 hours however this may take up to 72 hours. Orders are processed on business days only (New Zealand Date & Time) Monday - Friday and during business hours (NZST 8am- 5pm). If orders are placed in the weekend, they will be processed on the next available business day and shipped within 48 hours. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different product or receiving a refund.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing when an address has been incorrectly advised. 

New Zealand

Orders will be sent via PostHaste and CastleParcel. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. The cost of freight will be an additional charge to the product prices quoted. We will send you an email to let you know that your products have been dispatched. This email will contain your track and trace details. All deliveries will require a recipient signature.

Other International Destinations

Orders will be sent via International Air services. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. The cost of freight will be an additional charge to the product prices quoted. We will send you an email to let you know that your products have been dispatched. This email will contain your track and trace details. All deliveries will require a recipient signature.

Puraty Limited Shipping Calculations

Our shipping charges are calculated on the weight of your total order. There is free shipping worldwide on purchases over NZ$80.

Personal Information and Passwords

Once you have registered we have made it easy for you to update your account information or reset your password. Just click on the log in page on the top right navigation bar and you will be given the option to edit your account details.

If you have forgotten your password go to the log in page and click on forgotten your password. Enter the email address you registered your shopping account to and we will email you a new password.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and the security of your personal information is our highest priority. We take the most advanced security precautions to protect the personal information of anyone using this web site. Our Puraty Limited web site has been approved for secure online shopping. When sensitive information is submitted, it is encrypted and protected with a 256 bit extensive validation SSL certificate which is a piece of software that encrypts all information moving to and from our website. This means no exchange between our website and its visitors can be intentionally or accidentally “overheard” by a third party.

The only personal information we collect is information that you give us when you register and when you place an order. Your personal information is for ordering only and will be held with the utmost care and NOT made available to any third party. We do not keep your credit card information anywhere.

With your permission we will send you from time to time, further information on new products and special offers. Any promotional email that you receive from us will also allow you to unsubscribe at any time.

Methods of Payment

Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards: Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Diners. Your transaction will appear on your credit card statement as puraty.nz

For Puraty Limited credit card payments we use DPS who are committed to data security. You will be required to enter the name on the card, select the credit card type, enter the credit card number, it’s expiration date, and the card verification number. Credit card details are verified via our secure payment gateway for validity and availability of funds. Once these details have been checked, the transaction is then processed and completed. DPS stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When DPS transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card number), DPS protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored onsite are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not know or keep your credit card information anywhere on our web site.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is uncomplicated - if you are not happy with your product within 30 days in any way we will replace it or refund your money.

Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card with the cost of your purchase less freight. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product we will happily pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged are not refundable. Please email us with a short note and we will forward you a returns authorization form to complete. All returns must be accompanied with this numbered returns authorization form. Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the following month receiving the returned item(s) and we will email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Shipping on returned goods is at the purchaser's cost. If an exchange is requested, we will cover shipping of the replacement product.

Competition - Terms and Conditions

Free Gift with first Purchase. Sign up to our Puraty Tea Club and Get a Free Gift with your first purchase – Gift will be a sample of Puraty Tea.

Instructions on how to enter competitions form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to everyone except employees of Puraty Limited and their families. Number of entries will be clearly stated on the individual entry form. All winners will be randomly drawn from valid entries and the winner will be contacted by e-mail only. If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within a 2 week period from our initial email notification, the prize will be redrawn. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Puraty Limited may use his or her name and photograph for publicity purposes including without limitation via public relations, marketing via the internet, in printed publications or otherwise.

Prize: The prize and /or value of each competition varies dependent on the promotion and will be clearly stated. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash. However, Puraty Limited T/A Puraty may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize or any component of a prize is unavailable.

Variations: Puraty Limited T/A Puraty reserves the right to vary the Terms of Entry or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule the promotion.

Liability:  Puraty Limited T/A Puraty is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Puraty Limited T/A Puraty is not responsible for any incorrect information, either caused by the user or any equipment or programming associated with the promotion, or for any technical error, virus or malicious code, or any omission, interruption, defect, delay, or internet, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries, or for any damage to any person's computer, arising in connection with the promotion.

Privacy Act: All entries remain the property of Puraty Limited T/A Puraty. All personal information will be collected and stored by Puraty Limited T/A Puraty in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The promoter, Puraty Limited T/A Puraty, may use your personal information to conduct the promotion and for any future promotional and advertising initiatives. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions

All Puraty Limited T/A Puraty gift vouchers will be delivered by email and will be emailed directly to the person who is receiving it. Please ensure you supply us with your recipients full and correct email address as we cannot be responsible for any gift vouchers that go missing when an address is incorrectly advised.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by emailing info@puraty.com. Only one Puraty Limited T/A Puraty gift voucher may be used per order. Gift vouchers and their use are subject to the Puraty Limited T/A Puraty general terms and conditions.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. A refund can be issued to the original purchaser of the gift voucher up to 30 days after the purchase of the voucher and will only be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction. Once the voucher has been used, part refunds will not be refunded. All Puraty Limited T/A Puraty gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, which is the “expiry” date, included on the gift vouchers.

To redeem gift vouchers, please sign up and establish an account. Enter the unique voucher code when proceeding through the store checkout. If your purchase is less than the voucher value you will have a credit balance in your account. Please use the Puraty Limited T/A Puraty unique pin on your voucher to check your voucher balance in the “My Account” area.

When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will need to be charged to a credit card. All the value of your Puraty Limited T/A Puraty gift voucher will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. If your total purchase is less than the voucher value, you will have a credit balance in your account and your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance is not transferable and non refundable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers, or any misuse of your account.

Puraty Limited T/A Puraty reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through the web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Puraty site.

On the signing up to the Puraty Tea Club, a customer will receive a free gift sample included in the purchase.
